Cross posted this in the Star Trek builders thread and in the General Freepozitory.
Posted my star-trek-like engineering room, inspired by the one used in the first couple of movies. I only needed a quick and dirty backdrop so it's not especially detailed but perhaps you can use. Hexagon and OBJ files included. Load into Poser/DAZ using scale of 1unit = 1 meter.

A very nice, and clean piece of work. I'm working on a couple of Sci-Fi scenes, I'm looking to see how you did it.. Thank you for sharing.

A3DLover and ptsulli, glad you can use it. I've been learning hex now for about 4 months, obviously the more you do it the better you get. I find that when I decide I'm going to share something, it motivates me to (a) finish it! and (b) get better at technique. This mesh isn't quite watertight, I figured out how to do a better job at that by the time I did my starship officer's quarters project. I'm pleased to hear that it might be useful to you!
By the way, feel free to PM me for the hex file for any of my freebies on sharecg, happy to share them.
