Please publish a tutorial on square shoulder for men's outfits. It seems
most of the men's suits have that problem. |
It's very doable, just much more time consuming to create. Probably not likely to see extra effort like that be put in most Platinum Club items.
People can't afford to put in extra effort requiring a lot of non-automatic work, but more refined hand sculpting, into bottom price items.
Yes, there's an occasional vendor whom doesn't pay attention to detail in regular priced items too, but in most cases, you get what you pay for.

Yes it does, I've been using it to make sitting pose fix morphs for skirts. The pants for Lockwood has a jcm to fix the thigh bend It pretty much depends on how much time you want to spend in your modeller on how good the jcm is. |
The video says "Morph Loader Pro," which is in Advanced Figure Setup Tools. I only have the basic FST. Would I need AFST to use this technique? I don't think I can afford it right now....

You need Morph Loader Pro, sadly. Reverse Deformation feature is _essential_ for JCMs and it isn't in usual Morph Loader.

Morph Loader Pro makes it easier, that's for certain. Old method is to have a guess as to how it should deformed on the default pose and check, then start adjusting. although of course that will take you longer. As it is, even with the new tools in AFST, a lot of the times you have to go back and touch-up things here or there because of the behaviour in-between extremes or when interacting when other morphs.

It's kind of funny because that's what I used to pay for it as well
Anyway, I'm glad that you got it and like it, hon. I love your new avatar!
Sorry I haven't been around today to entice you to buy other things I haven't even picked up the new M4 set yet (been too busy to think about it today). But I am sure I'll be around later in the sale to make you spend money *lol*
Come to think of it, I did just buy the Gypsy hair though

Well, AFST is way out of my budget right now. Maybe after the holidays, or if it's in some super amazing sale or something.
Too bad I can't buy the pieces of AFST separately....

| I'm debating between Tandy, Uzuri and Kione. I can afford to buy one of them, since AprilYSH came up too early this year (payday is sometime Thursday/Friday). Anyone have some suggestions? |
Oh, that's tough... I love all of them. What kind of renders so you do mostly? Fantasy, scifi, modern, cutsey? That might help to decide which to pick.
For example, personally, I use:
Kione for fantasy renders (elves, mermaids, etc)
Uzuri for mostly cute kind of renders though sometimes fantasy as well
And Tandy, I just got and have only used it for my avatar and new site mascot I am making so far. It's a nice hair for a kind of modern or pinup look. It can also be more 'cute'.
I guess that doesn't really help at all, does it? *lol* Sorry, I can't be of more help! |
I use Uzuri for goth renders. (Psst, you could get all three if that impending paycheck is fat enough--just use paypal and neglect to pay until you have your money in hand.)

Thanks, I hope there is enough interest. |
You can count me in. I'd like a V4 version. Love the styling of that blouse/shirt. |
Add me to the growing list for Lockwood for V4.
Thanks!

I purchased Emeli for Laura some time ago but have been unable to make full use of it because it seems to require Sapphire Hair.
Unfortunately, the price of this hair has been set unchanged at a horrendous $19.95! This is a bit steep for an old model.
Is there a chance that this might be included in one of your sales quite soon?

Sapphire Fox is not a Daz Original - which means Quarker would have to set it on sale.
The problem is: despite being older it's still very, very good ...
On the other hand I have seen it on sale (and read the cries of joy from people who didn't have it) ... so don't give up hope.
