There are also some fun presets being created from within Shader Mixer to help provide some sample brick recipes. These presets show off how powerful Shader Mixer really is once you take the time to get to know it. Examples are chrome and glass surfaces with caustics calculated through the glass surface:

On the bundle which includes:

# Figure Setup Tools Bundle
# 3D Bridge for Photoshop
# FBX Plug-in for DAZ Studio
# Multi-Layered Image Editor

If I already have these items, will I be getting an upgrade free? Can I have both DS2 and DS3 installed on one machine, and have both versions... (Want both until the other stuff is upgraded HSS and UberEnvironment)

All DAZ owned plugins will be updated for free (they've already stated this elsewhere)

DAZ have previously said that all their products will have free updates to DS3, so you shouldn't need to buy the bundle or new copies to get things like Figure Setup.

Has Carrara 7.2 been released? It was said that it would be at the same time.

(If so, please post an announcement in the Carrara forum. I don't think that either the DS or the Carrara customers particularly want to see a Carrara discussion in this thread).

These items have been updated, and we're in the process of getting downloads ready to reset, etc.

and yes, you can have both DS 2.3.x and DS 3 installed at the same time.
