I just want to say to all those having problems with the voucher. I too made the mistake of using the voucher code in the coupon spot. You MUST go to your account page and apply the voucher first. Most of us are just used to placing the code in the coupon spot and so some of us got confused. Read the first post carefully.

Ok, I failed also at first to claim my voucher because of a fine point. Once I realized where the issue was, I was able to do it like this:
1) from the daz3d homepage, be logged in, then in the upper right corner click the My Account link.
2) even though tempted to do so, do NOT click any of the normal links on the left hand side.
3) stay on the page that first clicking the My Account link takes you to and scroll down that page. Towards the bottom of this first page is where you claim the voucher.
I had clicked on the Gift Certs & Credits link by habit and that's where I went astray. Just stay on that first page and scroll down and you will see the claim voucher box. : )
Pfft, I have never "paid attention" to that page before, I will now though!

Thiank you for the voucher as I used it for one of the DAZ 3D Bundles, but I would have liked it to be a coupon as I had my eyes on the new brushes by Ron.
All the best.

Hi, I want to know please if it's possible than they return me the total of the purchase of PoseRepair, since for mistake (and I forget), I bought it again, besides that also the system didn't warn me that I had already bought it.
But I couldn't send my petition in Support> Contact us.

I've just used the voucher, but instead of applying the voucher (and my monthly platinum voucher) fully to the order, it applied part of _some_ voucher, and took the rest of out my gift certificate balance |
Because the item you were buying, or at least one of the items you were buying, is not a DAZ original (Vendor: DAZ3D) but a PA item, and the PA's cut has to be cash (which a Gift Certificate counts as).

Oh. That explains it. It would have been useful to find on page one of this thread, because there it only says 'not valid on Platinum items.' Does that mean I need to find something else to spend my money on?
And someone please explain how come I buy lots of stuff and my wishlist keeps getting longer???

Unfortunetly, I have this ...err..."problem", too. For every one item I purchase from my wishlist, five more pop up. I'm never lacking for things to spend my money on, anyway.

No, it said, 'not valid on $1.99 Platinum items'. I used both my monthly voucher and cincodemayo voucher to help pay for Wet Hair, which I've been wanting for a while. My PC membership gave me a 30% discount and the vouchers knocked off all but about $3.50.
Now, I'm not above knocking DAZ when it's deserved, but in this case it's not. You were given a link to follow if you had any questions about vouchers. And when you check out, you're given an itemized list of what you bought and what coupons, vouchers and gift certificates were being applied. The sale isn't final until you press that button at the bottom of the page.
As for the wishlist problem.... DAZ has wishlist gremlins. No, seriously they do.

a) the link didn't work when I first tried it, and b) knowing what I know now I was able to click my way through the questions to find the the answer that I could then translate into something that answered my question. (Richard did it better).
I didn't have a question about vouchers when I started. But it would have saved me (and I suspect a lot of other people) a lot of hassle and puzzlement and 'why didn't this work as intended' if the initial page had simply said 'will not cover PA items in full'. I'm not complaining about how the voucher is handled, I'm not begrudging the PA his cut, I just wish it had been clearer. I've used vouchers for almost twelve months now and hadn't come across it.

Given the profusion of different vouchers and certificates I was paying with, and that my card wasn't charged, it had not been clear which percentage went on what. The e-mail confirmation only says 'Paid via Gift Cert/Voucher/other credit'. I can't repeat the experience, but it hadn't been obvious to me how those were split out. More transparency is never a bad thing.
(And now excuse me. Zombie Dragons and Wood Trolls. My runtime is about to get lively.)

I've got Olymus Mons Hanger in my cart and it shows DAZ 3D as the vendor and says vouchers can't be used on PC Prices but I'm not a PC member so the voucher should work but it's not.

AhHah! So that's why my wishlist keep growing and growing. Allright, who fed those wishlist gremlins after midnight? Or was that water that caused them to multiply. Been to long since I watched the movie. LOL

Ok let me be more specific, Olympus Mons says this:
| Quote: |
vouchers cannot be used with the
Platinum Club price for this product
|
Since I'm NOT a PC member it should be applying the coupon to the regular $9.95 price and it isn't!

Did you go and claim the voucher first? It would be in your main account window at the bottom of the screen.

Yeah, I missed it by a day too (was very busy yesterday with college homework.) I won't whine, though--it was meant to celebrate a holiday, and as such it makes sense that it only works on the 5th. =) (Please don't take this as me saying you are whining--you're not, I'm just saying that I'll join you in being graceful about it.)
Thanks for being generous, DAZ--I'll try and keep up with what''s going on here better next time... ^^;
