I've just used the voucher, but instead of applying the voucher (and my monthly platinum voucher) fully to the order, it applied part of _some_ voucher, and took the rest of out my gift certificate balance Sad

Because the item you were buying, or at least one of the items you were buying, is not a DAZ original (Vendor: DAZ3D) but a PA item, and the PA's cut has to be cash (which a Gift Certificate counts as).

Oh. That explains it. It would have been useful to find on page one of this thread, because there it only says 'not valid on Platinum items.' Does that mean I need to find something else to spend my money on?

And someone please explain how come I buy lots of stuff and my wishlist keeps getting longer???

You are right Green Knight, the only items it didn't apply to were the $1,99 PC items. It should have applied to everything else. If you contact Customer Support you can sort this out. The only problem is Ms. Brooke. If you have to deal with her you have a problem. She will supply you with so much misinformation that at the end you start believing she is right - but she isn't.

It happened to me and some other members as well. I managed to sort it out - but not with Ms. Brooke!

OK.. I've gotten part of my voucher back as a coupon that has no expiry which is good but this is the reply that I got from Daz

Kathryn, All of our vouchers apply 100% to DAZ Originals, 50% to Broker Artist Items, and 0% to Reseller items. You will be able to see this in our FAQ's. Because this coupon was a voucher and you had purchased a Broker Artist item, this is why only 50% of the voucher was able to be used for this particular order. The other part of your voucher is put back into your DAZ Account so you can use that towards another order if you wish. Please let me know if you require any further assistance.

Aaahhhh... WRONG!! They put the 50% of the voucher back to me as a coupon to replace the 50% that should have been subtracted from my order. The other 50% was not available to me to be used. I was told the voucher was already used when indeed it wasn't and by the time they got back to me the voucher was expired and I couldn't access it.

The amount of the 50% is only $2.50 which is chunk change and that is not the point. You would think that customer satifaction would be worth more to them than a measley two bucks and fifty cents wouldn't you? Besides, there are no items that I would be interested in that are less than $8.00 so they would be getting something out of me above and beyond the piddly little coupon.

I guess I shouldn't get bent all out of shape for the small amount that I'm out but I have to really stretch my money to be able to buy anything and the fact that I thought I could get something fairly nice for a reasonable price was pretty short lived.

Maybe not. Please check your PM!

Check your own firewall or other security software isn't blocking the site, if it isn't check with your ISP in case the blockage is in the main network. Edit, OK - is that something you can control, as far as I'm aware there's no reason to block the site.
