I just had a look over there but the lowest price in the DAZ3D Originals is $.9.00.

Am I using the wrong system????

You can use the voucher on items that aren't DAZ Originals, it's just that you need to add a bit of money to make up the price.

I just tried to use the cincodemayo08 Voucher. Guess what? It accepted it (it told me so) and then used my monthly Voucher instead. When I tried the code again on a new purchase it told me I already used it. Not true at all.
I have contacted Sales Support but by the time they read it the Voucher has no more value. Wish I could say thank you DAZ!

You only need to enter the code once & the $5.00 is applied to your vouchers' total. So, if you have your PC $5.00 voucher still & you enter the Cinco code, you'll have a voucher total of $10.00 available.
When you go to your cart to check out, make sure it's using vouchers on the order.

The coupon isn't working for me. The screen grab shows the coupon applied, $11.97 in merchant items, and just the $5 May voucher taken off.

Remember this needs to go in the Voucher box, not the Coupon box.

Draconian isn't Platinum. It's 80% off, making it coincidentally $1.99. If only Caribbean Queen were a merchant item, only $4.99 would be taken out of the voucher (half of $9.9 Cool

You misunderstood me. Your transaction shows a non-platinum voucher being used, that is to say the voucher being used is not the platinum one.

Is your intent to apply both vouchers?

That looks weird - both vouchers should be used. I've grabbed Snaggletooth Cavern, and paid for it with both the holiday special voucher and regular monthly PC one. It's a DAZ Original so 100% of the cost could've been covered with vouchers, but even if it was a PA stuff both vouchers would be used (although obviously up to 50% of value only).

rgagnon's screenshot shows that the code has been put into the coupon box, not the "Claim a voucher with a coupon code" box on the account page, with the affect that the second voucher isn't in play (see instructions and image in first post to claim the voucher).

This is exactly what I was expecting - $10.00 off my total. Unfortunately it gave me only $ 5.00 off (this was my monthly Voucher) and swallowed the other V$5.00 Voucher. I tried to enter it again because I didn't get it and the system is not educated enough to notice it. It is a programming bug, that's all. Hopefully Sales Support will figure it out.
