I can't delete a pose

Hi I've been working on some animation. I have created multiple pose presets and been manually mix / matching poses to create animations. But now I went to delete a preset pose on frame 30 (also deleted the keyframe) but somehow the preset pose is still saved there and I can't get rid of it. Sometimes there's a blue or red marker on that frame that I can't delete. Sometimes there's nothing visible but it still changes the pose. It's driving me nuts.

Also another question. I can't seem to clear "figure pose" for only the selected frames. When I "clear figure pose" it clears all the frames but I only want to delete frame 20 to 25.

btw I'm using animate lite. I'm not using aniblocks, I'm doing animations manually with poses as keyframes because that's how I used to do them in poser. So I got used to animating like this.
