    That is definitely an Evil Innocence item, might even be for V4. If you can't find it here at DAZ, you could also check their store (they have a Black Friday sale coming up, by the way.)

    You're welcome! I just found it on EvilInnocence's site- it's 75% off this weekend if you haven't picked it up yet! Lots of other good deals over there too on the Cross Dresser licenses.
