Moving content to another folder/drive

I just installed 9.75GB of content to the wrong drive :( 

I certainly don't want to re-install everything again, can I just cut/paste everything to the folder I intended to use instead, and tell CMS to look there for content?

Thanks Richard, you answered my question in another thread.  I installed with Connect, so it was easy enough to copy the entire folder and tell the CMS where it had all gone.
