OT: RIP David Cassidy

Okay, my age will probably show with this one. I just found out that David Cassidy died Wednesday, November 22.  I grew up in the 70's and had the hugest crush on David Cassidy and loved everything Partridge Family. It's hard to say goodbye to a legend who helped to shape my love of music.

    I am at the age of when I knew of those actors and that that show was genuinely funny.

    It was always fun to see the Tiger Beat and other magazines with the Osmonds, David, Bobby Sherman on the covers. The music was upbeat and catchy tunes. Sad that he was only in his sixties too. Thanks for the memories David!

    Me too KM!  I think every girl in the US growing up then had a crush on him.  So sad to see another part of my childhood gone...

    It was David Cassidy who got me interested in playing guitar and singing.  I asked for a toy guitar for Christmas and I got a real one!

    I liked his brother Sean....  Sorry to hear of his passing though.
