Another "help, what's this clothing item" thread

Hello everyone. To start, does anyone know what top is on these two promos:

(Left: FWSA Aivery Right: P3D Danny)

I thought it was the Provoker outfit at first, but the shape's completely different...

 

Also, because of the recent Black Friday sale, the following outfit on V4 caught my eye several times. Does anyone know this one (both top and bottoms)? The embarassing part is that I *think* I may own this item, but I'm not 100% sure...

That's too bad; it's probably the oldest clothing item in my collection, as it was the 4 thing I bought here back in 2009.
