I sent in a trouble ticket, but the email address I used to set up this account currently has me blocked. Is there a phone number or other means of communication I can use to make sure Daz has recieved and is responding to my request for help?

You should be able to check the status of your support ticket via the website: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests
I think that link works, if not try using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and you should be able to navigate to where your submitted tickets are.
