Question about Beer Drinking Props

Hi, I was wondering whether https://www.daz3d.com/beer-drinking-props has Iray shaders, 3Delight, or older generic DAZ Studio materials? The product page and readme don't say. If it only has Iray shaders, does it render well in 3delight?

Comments

  • They're Iray materials according to renders and readme. I don't know how they render in 3DL.

Thanks for the replies, I think I will pick up the glamorous glasses/MHE: Glasses.

Here's a quick comparison between Iray and 3Delight using the Beer Drinking Props set.
    First is Iray

Second is 3Delight with a HDRI from one of the GIS sets for the lighing.

Does the filled glass improve with a higher ray depth in Render Settings?

Good question, I don't use 3Delight anymore.  I just did that quick render to show how the default materials looked for the OP.

I have set up a material preset based on Daz Default shader for this. Ray depth set to 7 in render settings.

    Hope this helps, cheers!
