    Problem fixed. I did a system restore. That did the trick.

    That's one way to do it...

    It's looking like it may have been a borked update or something like that (or even an incomplete one...sometimes happens with MS updates...causes an endless 'you need this update' loop. Those are often caused by a connectivity 'burp'...a drop-out at the wrong moment. Usually in cases like that, the restore or roll back is the best option.

    Okay, I'm having trouble (of course) with 4.7. It worked fine for a day or two.
    I was in Content Library, went to Products, all the alphabet was there and in order, but nothing loaded under them. So get this- I clicked on Products, hit refresh, then everything disappeared- all the content. The Content Library setup, everything. The Smart Content disappeared.

    I exited, reintered. Same.
    I started Content Management Service, same.

    I found the post on https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/22523891-Trouble-shooting-the-Smart-Content-Pane
    and uninstalled/reinstalled the PostgreSQL CMS and the PostgreSQL CMS From Valentina CMS Conversion. Whatever that means.

    I found a thread by our purple drow who had helped me out before, and said how to rebuild CMS from scratch. (the roaming data thing) My problem is that there IS no smart content, there isn't a way to click on reimport metadata, etc- because that square submenu isn't there. No smart content panel, no content library except for scene. What the heck should I do?

    I've right clicked in the gray area and added the content library and parameters, I've added Smart Content and now am resetting database then will reimport metadata, according to my notes.

    Edit: After I reset database the Daz Studio Formats, etc showed up in Content Library, Products is there but nothing showing, not even the alphabet. Am reimporting metadata now.

    Okay, finally got it working. Anyone else who has the panes disappear, please note you can right click in the gray area where the tabs would normally be, and add the panes. :) That link I gave will tell you the SKU to use for DIM to import/reinstall PostgreSQL CMS and the PostgreSQL CMS From Valentina CMS Conversion and I think that helped.
