[Released] Jump for Joy! [Commercial]

Those ThingsThose Things Posts: 1,132

Hello, all you beautiful people! I thought it was maybe time for a little happiness. A push back against all this doom and gloom hanging over everything. Some sort of confirmation that there is still joy and things worth celebrating in the world, and that tomorrow can be better than today. And the next thing I knew, I had made this collection. I have to say, I sure learned a lot about human physiology and body language along the way. It's really fascinating what the human body does when it's overflowing with joy and happiness. The way the toes curl, how the metatarsals twist just so, the way the hands close, the way the neck tilts. When a person jumps for joy, it's different than any other kind of jumping.

So this is in the queue now, waiting to be approved. 32 poses with mirrors, and high-visibility tool tips and thumbnails. I've asked for a very low price, because I want this to be accesible to more people, and I know times are tough right now. Plus, I really want to see a flood of happy renders! Now, here are some promo images to rub on your eyeballs:

A pose set that is definitely needed at times like these. I smiled just looking at them.

Dang, totally agree. Will be insta-buy. The Seated Collection and Fashion Editorial were absolutely fab.

finding that you're releasing another pose set really brightened up my morning.  :)

i've been using your advanced seated poses so intensely that the rest of my pose sets are feeling neglected.  :)

these look wonderful.  and i really did start grinning, about three promos into the preview.

These gladdened my little heart heart So much. I can't wait to have them in my library. I am going to render lots of happy images and then hold onto their vibe as I go about my day-to-day. Thank you so much for how they made me feel looking at them just now, and how they'll no doubt make me feel whenever I use them.

    Ha ha, I wish!

But I can at least tell everyone reading this how to make the smile expressions they see in my promo images. To do this, you'll need AFE Expressions for Genesis 8 https://www.daz3d.com/afe--real-female-hd-expressions-for-genesis-8-females

    1. With your figure's root node selected, navigate to the expressions tab, and dial up "AFE Happy HD" to somewhere between 46% and 64% (depending on what you're going for). Then turn the AFE !Power Pose slider all the way down to zero.
    2. Go to the native expression controls that come with all Daz G8 figures (the pink ones), and dial up "Smile Open Full Face HD" to the point where the top lip is more or less level, and the smile looks right and not too gummy. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 30% or so...
    3. Under "Visemes", adjust "AH" until the mouth is open to the degree you like, and think looks right. For some figures, EH works better than AH.

That's it! Now you can slap a blissfully happy expression on all your Genesis 8 characters.

These are great. The smile I was referring to is the one on the face of the user as they are using this product! Can't wait!

I love it! It looks like she's someplace where there would be a beach nearby. Man, I miss the beach. Great job as usual, barbult.
