Any suggestions for Lee Van Cleef, Clint Eastwood and Eli Wallach ?

For pre-Genesis, i.e. Michael 4 (or earlier) or siblings (David, Hiro), and ideally free.

Lee Van Cleef for Michael 3

Bad Cowboy 3D Figure Assets Arduino (renderosity.com)

Clint Eastwood by the same artist is unavailable COWBOY Poser Arduino (renderosity.com)

I'm pretty sure they did an Eli Wallach too. The links I have to the store they used to have are dead. Maybe sending a PM via Rendo might yield some futher info.

Edit - I found a direct link to the Clint Eastwood page - Cowboy (arduino.net).

And Eli Wallach - Ugly Cowboy (arduino.net)

The buy buttons are still active but I would be wary of using them myself before checking the files are still available as the rest of the site, like the main menu, seems down.

Here's the Ugly Cowboy link at Rendo (also inactive now.)

And the Bad Cowbuy (arduino.net) link to round out the set.

I have all three Cowboy's and they are all of very high quality, but the Morphs don't convert to a newer Figure -- I was able to convert the M3 textures to M4, which I can apply to any of the Genesis family of figures -- Werts did a nice Clint Eastwood Morph that I use the Good Cowboy Texture with

Leo 7 feels like a good starting point for a Genesis-based Clint Eastwood to me. When I tried to do Lee Van Cleef style characters, I mostly used the skin from CC Cillian for G3M. If you have Facegen or one of the other software options for extrapolating faces from pictures (or are just dialing in a morph by hand and need reference photos without facial hair)...there are stills out there on the web from some movie called Captain Apache, where he doesn't have the mustache. Eli Wallach is trickier to recreate than the other two in some ways. He was such a chameleon as an actor that his facial expressions tend to register much more strongly with the viewer than his facial features, if that makes sense.

Attached is an image done with the Wert's Clint Eastwood morph converted to G3M and the Good Cowboy texture converted to M4 and applied to G3M

I do see similiarties in their features, but I doubt Coral was created with the intention of implementing an Elizabeth Debicki digital clone

Actually don't know of any for Kate Moss. Although I'm sure at least a couple must exist.

I think Joss V4 for Kate Moss: https://www.daz3d.com/joss-v4

    Can see that too!

Sangriart has a new character, Jael, whose promo images and look are all Middle Eastern or North African. Plus a quote from Oscar Wilde's "Salomé", which is probably a clue.

Are there any current TV/streaming video series that have Salomé as a character? Anyone like to guess who Jael might be?

Given the text about sculpting from various head scan resources I'm going to say this is probably an original creation not a specific person.

That's some beautiful work by Sangriart (as per usual)! :)

Yet another superb character by Sangriart, she really is the only reason I go to the 'other' site now...

I believe one of the images in her gallery mentions Jael is an original creation.

Can anyone suggest a good look-a-like for Laura Mennell (Thirteen Ghosts, Alphas, Haven, Loudermilk, The Man in the High Castle, Watchmen, Project Blue Book, etc.), or at least a good starting point (preferably for G8F)?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    Ariel Winter?

That nose shape is pretty distinctive, I would say good call! (Not an actress I know but looking at images of her it looks pretty obvious to me).

I'll update the first page list (and change if any other consensus arrives)

Really tho, Ariel freaking Winter? angry

What of all the greats, iconic actresses never done before *cough* Sharon Stone *cough*... with like awesomely chiseled unique and recognizable mugs? I mean... THE CLASSICS!?!

Maybe even throw an Ali Larter in there, Nicole Kidman... you know?

It's just sorta... meh, okay. :(

I don't think the yung'uns know who Sharon Stone is...

I too would prefere "classics" but I'm an old, so.

Yeah, most "celebs" that are mentioned here, are nobodies to me. Where's Goldie Hawn and othe real movie stars?

    Well, this young'un does! :D

I know what you mean, though... just the other day I overheard a 21 yo going: "Who the F*** is Frank Sinatra? Am I supposed to know this person?"

Which - other than (sort of) knowing she did Modern Family - was my reaction to Ariel Winter. Irony's not lost on me. But hey, I hope the character sells... indecision

Yeah, even Goldie Hawn's daughter, Kate Hudson, is a more interesting (not to mention recognizable) face.

It's not like anyone else from the major character creators are doing so either, check the front page lists. Apart from a couple of Audrey Hepburns they are all pretty much up to date characters. Sangriart went on a Game of Thrones run when that was current, I don't remember anyone asking where Sharon Stone et al were then wink.

Don't know, would you really need a 75 years old Goldie Hawn G8F figure? I don't... devil

To me, it isn't about age at all. Dakota and Elle Fanning? Great! Anya Taylor-Joy? Stunning, and absolutely crushing the game!

Ariel Winter, however, you sorta go... huh, ok. It's just not an exciting release, is all. But then again, I hope the character does well. :)

Yeah, I have to correct myself. Plenty of "current" celebs have interesting and beautiful faces.

I am an old crank... but I'm 0.73% less of an old crank than that first statement made me sound like.

So it's more about defining what can/should defined as "celebrities"? 'Cause for me about 80% of the celebrities mentioned in this thread (and it's precious incarnations) aren't. wink

As you say 'for me', all things are relative. In the post from magikhs above Frank Sinatra isn't a celebrity to the person who has never heard of him :)

    Yep! ^
The very concept of "celebrity" I think is broader, fluctuating and constantly changing.

Someone like Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian, or The Real Housewives, a long time ago, maybe wouldn't be considered real celebrities - "famous for doing nothing" I believe was the term once used to describe them. Yet it's undeniable their relevance in the current pop culture landscape, they've become as (if not more) recognizable than Meryl Streep and DeNiro.

Nowadays, YouTubers, TikTokers, influencers... are celebrities! And forget Gisele Bundchen or Kate Moss, anyone with IG and social media, is a model.

So, I mean, it's not that I'm trying to deem who's important or isn't, or downplay anyone's career - live and let live, plus like I said, I hope (especially for the artists) that these characters do well. But I am *personally* sort of underwhelmed with (or after a string of releases such as) Ariel Winters, Bella Thornes and PewDiePies... that makes sense?
