Help resolving poke through

I'm having an issue with the Genesis/Genesis Male 2 Pirate. It seems that no matter what I do the shirt sleeves poke through the coat sleeves when used with Genesis 2 Male and it's associated models. I've tried fitting it to different items and adjusting the sleeves themselves but there's still always a portion of the shirt sleeve visible, mainly in the shoulders and underarms that shows up even in renders. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Looking at the product list there appear to be some NS materials files for the shirt - based on prior experience I think they are No Sleeve, apply them and the sleeves will be hidden so that the poke-through doesn't matter.

I was hoping not to do that because I wanted the cuff frills to show but if there's no other way I guess that's what i have to do.

Are there smoothing modifiers for the coat? You can go to Edit -> figure -> geometry -> apply smoothing modifier to create one for the coat and have the under shirt as the collision item

Or you might possibly be able to simply scale up the arm size on the coat a hair.

I tired your solutions, unfortunately they didn't work. Wish I knew how they eliminated it in the promo render.
    Oh here's the renders

Edit: Oh perfect, the sleeveless mat retains the cuffs.
    Sorry for wasting your time

    All you have to do:
Select the shirt in the Scene Pane
    Open the Surfaces Pane
Click on Editor in the surfaces Pane
Click the triangle by PrShirt to show all of the surfaces in the shirt
Click the triangle by ShirtSleeves to show all the channels in the ShirtSleeves surface
    Click on Opacity
Slide the Opacity Strength to 0
    Voila! Done!

Edit: Oh, I see you got it worked out. Good!
