Dynamic control pane missing

My dynamic clothing control is missing. Dynamic clothing wont load and the pane is now missing from Daz. Everything was going fine, I bought the paid optitex a while ago and like i said was working fine. I tried re installing it from the DIM, re installing daz, restarting my computer of course. Does any one know what broke? -thanks

    Which version of DAZ Studio are you using (Help > About DAZ Studio)

    The version of the bought plugin should match your version of DAZ Studio. Look in Help > About Installed Plugins to see what is loading for the DCC.

    dzoptitexclothbasic.dll is renamed by DIM, and the new plugin installed dzoptitexclothcontrol.dll, look in your Plugins folder to see what has been installed. My 64 bit version is in C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\plugins

    If the above steps show it isn't just uninstalled, is it possible you just turned it off? From the menu bar, select Window > Panes(Tabs) and check "Dynamic Clothing" (or whatever the pane is called, I don't have the full version, not sure if it's the same name.)

    Or, is it possible you somehow moved the tab off your screen (in which case I have no clue how to get it back, but you would still be able to add the tab in a new Activity tab to temporarily use it and test that it's working)

    Thanks guys i Figured it out. For some reason in the area where it stores your serial numbers the dynamic plugin serial number was erased so I just needed to re enter it from the Daz website. I'm not really sure how it happened. Thanks again.
