Texture tiling in Dystopia City Blocks?

In DAZ Studio the Dystopia City Blocks (e.g. – “dystopia 1x1 01-10”) don’t show any tiling in the Surfaces tab, but there’s obviously tiling going on. The Diffuse Color texture on BaseGround tiles seamlessly, as does the texture on cement_walls and concrete_walls. But tiling is set to 1.0 on all of them, as it is on the City Blocks object itself. I realize I’m probably missing something simple, but what’s going on? Thanks.

I expect that the model is stretched out beyond the base [0,1] range of UV values, which causes the renderer to repeat the map for each unit. This was how everyone used to tile, back before Poser and DS had tiling as a material option, but it isn't possible to edit it without going into a modelling or mapping tool and scaling the UV mapping.
