How do you see a new toolbar after creating it?

I made a new toolbar and put a script in it. The script has an icon.
How do I see this new Toolbar called 3? It's no where to be found.

New toolbars are off by default. You need to go into Customize, on the right side select the Activities tab. Expand the Advanced heading, and the Toolbars group. Right-click on your new toolbar and select Enable Toolbar. Accept and you're done. Kind of obscure, but that's what it is.
