Diigitals Skin Settings?

So every time I check on the Diigitals's NFT page, once I'm done thinking "Who would pay money for an NFT?" (the answer is apparently "almost nobody"), I then think "That is some excellent skin texturing."
Does anybody know how James Cameron-Wilson does it?
These are clearly Daz models; the hair on the right is https://www.daz3d.com/short-wet-hair-for-genesis-8-male-s-and-female-s
How does he get that ultra-crisp texturing with all those microfacets? Are they 16K custom textures? Is he a wizard with displacement maps? Or did he just crank the pixel filter down to 0.001?
Any ideas?

It's surface settings with high spectral/glossiness settings and than adding right lights to show how highly oily the spectral settings can make the skin look via the spectral highlights.
