Symmetry Stopped Working

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I used to flip a pose by going in to Edit->Figure->Symetry, but now when ever I do it it only effects the pelvis on down.  I'm not sure what I've done to break it.

Help?

    Are you propagating the change through the root, or just the selected item? (it's one of the options).

    Did your upper body get locked somehow?

    Nope.  That was the first thing I checked.
