Select your camera, go to the Dimensions tab in the Parameters pane, and turn "Use Local Dimensions" on. This will let you set different aspect ratios and pixel dimensions for each camera. These two images were rendered with two cameras in identical locations, but one was set to a 4:3 ratio, and the other 16:9. And while I was typing this up, I rendered a third with a 9:16 ratio. All of this was done without touching the render settings at all.
