Convert prop from Poser to Daz

I know I can directly open a Poser prop in Daz, unfortunately with Aemi's Shop from sharecg, the doors lose their ability to move and it becomes all 1 solid piece.

I tried sending it to hexagon, cutting the doors then sending the pieces back to Daz, but then the building loses it's material zones (saved in a separate .mtl file)

I don't have Poser so I was wondering if there was an easy way to convert the prop to a Daz format yet keeping the moving parts?

    Oh, wait. Nevermind.
I just found morphs in the parameters that open and close the doors. (I've never seen that before so I didn't think to look there)

Sometimes Poser items with morphs load into DAZ|Studio with the morph dials in unexpected places. Especially older items, which don't have the morphs laid out in categories (the category system was not in early versions of Poser and D|S).

Yeah, I'm used to objects with moving parts that have those parts selectable, then you get the dial in pose/animate tab.
This was all one section with a morph in the parameters tab.

I had cut it all up and was about ready to add bones and weight mapping when I noticed the textures were all messed up from cutting the doors off. Had me scared for a minute until I accidently clicked on the parameters tab and saw the morph.

Not if it's an old item, you don't — remember, morphs need to be set up specifically to show in the pose tab. Anything that isn't set up like that would only show in the default place, the Parameters tab. That should always be the first place you look if a morph dial appears to be missing.
