How to create this typ of reflection(?)
Accidentally created an interesting reflection of light. The light reflecting off the floor.
Unfortunately I did not write the project and I only have one picture of this reflection.
How to set light to such a reflection?

Thats due to the specular setting of the surface. What you're seeing is the 'shine' of the floor, the size of which is determined by the glossiness. Higher gloss makes for a smaller shine spot, while lower gloss settings spread that shine across a wider area. 100% gloss would make a shine spot so small it becomes invisible, while 0% gloss makes a shine spot so big that it takes up the entire floor, and makes it look dull and washed out.
Some floors have specular maps which give a non-uniform shine to it, though you could always remove them if you're going for a certain look.
