Inserting images in forum posts does not work.

I tried to insert an image into my forum post by means of the URL link to the image, but it failed. The image is on DevientArt. Is there a blacklist against DeviantArt or something?

Not that I know - some sites do not allow "deep linking" to their assets, as it means they have the bandwidth costs without any revenue from advertising etc.
