When Launching Daz3D A Script Duplicates My Image Files on Desktop

All images are being duplicated with thumbnail sizes of the original. It keeps happening when launching Daz3D, cannot identify what does that but it happened after installing some pose editors. Deleting them didn't solve the issue. Any ideas?

That is because you haev set the desktop to be a render Library(that isn't the default) and so DS generates a thumbnail for each image in order to show it in the Render Library pane. Open the pane (Window>Panes(Tabs)>Render Library), then in the option menu (the lined/hamburger button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) open the Render Directory Manager, select the Desktop folder, and use one of the buttons on the left to edit or remove the path
