the $10 dollar off didnt take 10 off for me either...i still got a couple things but less than otherwise. I really really appreciate all the freebies venders were able to share.
Hi there, can someone check this error please. I get three items for just over $10 and would have to pay the difference of anything after the $10 but it shows I owe over $4 once I apply the code. Can this be fixed. Thanks
FINALLY, got one item to go to "0" ... "one" of the choices which displays under $10 for members, ignoring the price in the cart, applied the coupon and finally, it went to "0." Thank you.
...when I put the items in the cart before using the coupon, the 35% punch discount is applied giving me a 16.90$ final price. Once the coupon code is used It appeared something odd happened to the final price as it only dropped to 10.40$ not 6.90$. However, I think I know what is going on here, the punch discount is taken off the remainder after the Coupon is applied. As a test I used just one of the items which was 11.32$ and after using the coupon the price came to 86¢ which is 65% of 1.32$. So both Items I had came to a total of 26.00$ and once the coupon was added, the price became 16.00$ after which the 35% discount was applied leaving a final price of 10.40$.
Chock it up to the strange workings of Daz Sales Math.
Seems that Abstract Algebra course I took in college finally came in handy..
If it's intentional, it's effectively deliberately impacting those who have kept the punch record going, punishng those who've been loyal purchasers
Todays Christmas sale says store wide sale. Yet some items on my wishlist have no discounts when going to checkout.

neither get any kind of discounts at all today. Is this a glitch?
Speaking of loyal, I'd love it bunches and bunches if at the end of the year they would acknowledge the amount you've purchased throughout the year ($4,600 in my case) instead of giving the best rewards to people who bought a piece of nickel candy the day before, and short-changing the people who bought a bundle when it premiered the day before. This month started out on a good foot, but it's been one dirty trick after the other after that.

) The toon heroes are still labeled as 'new' ... typically sales don't work the same with those items.
) I am guessing the toon kids came out about the same time. They are not labeled 'new'. I seem to recall a time or two in the past that an item that just came off of 'new' statues did not yet receive discounts and sales for an extra day or two after leaving 'new' status (which upset a bunch of people at the time). But without knowing exactly when these came out, it is just speculation.
Tbh looking at historical sales on some products you can notice that items were on higher discounts during previous sales over the year, and since a month or two all the prices got adjusted for Punch Card and went up.
Essentially without running punch you pay more than you would in previous sales, while with punch it depends. If you have 35% discount you get slighely better deals while 25% folk (not everybody gets 35%) get close or slightly worse than historical. No idea if they also adjust for inflation....
Example Sina HD by bluejaunte was regularly on sale for $9 to $13 over past year, but since mid November it would never drop below $16 which with New Sale and 25% Punch goes to around $11.
So the punch card is a punishement rather than a boon, if you miss a punch you get worse deals than historical, if you keep at it you get more or less the same.
How very disappointing to have kept up the punch card and there are genisis 8 pro bundles not included in the sale, store has new items that are not marked correctly , no clue when the punch card thing ends I assume tomorrow but who. Knows. so I ......will go brose the RealIllusion store some more
Would be nice to know the end date of this punch card sale. I liked previous years better, where you got a flat rate discount based on spending for the year. But, I did pick up some nice deals today. Merry Christmas, lovely people!
So here's a question. If we buy the sleigh bundle again to get the better discounts today, can we return the previous sleigh bundle purchase? Or would doing so remove the sleigh bundle completely from our account (as I suspect).
We've had loyalty stings several time in the last couple of weeks, but this current one seems so blatant that idk, I think it's a pretty good sign to step away from daz for a while. New years resolution and all that. Shopping has become infinitely less fun as it's changed from 'heck yeah, great deals today' to pretty much just 'darn it, if I hadn't bought I'd have saved $30 today'. Daz has long been focused on a fomo style of sale, but it's changed from excitement to bitterness this week.
Purchasing the sleigh etc on day 1, makes the Punch discount happen on this, day 2. So no we cannot get the sale price today for yesterday's items. If it were a regular item, the concept would be yes you can return it and hope for it to go on sale again in the future however this is a limited time offer. So there is no foreseeable future. {they keep telling us that we cannot buy stuff to get lower prices on previous purchases}
I had 35% punch on day 1, and quite frankly I don't see any difference in the prices today if I were to redo the entire purchase order. So AFAIK, we did not get burned by purchasing yesterday. One needed the Sleigh bundle plus another new item to get the best deal. I am not in such a desperate state as to be desiring to buy every bundle in the store to try purchasing the Sleigh plus another new item over and over again. There will always be another sale on the regular store merchandise, it is the way.
It's not about the Punch discount, or the discount on anything "new", they haven't changed, it's the rest of the store that is -40%, including the additional -85% items which could have been had for much less with the same deal today. Don't get me wrong, an additional 85% is still great deal, but to repeat the promotion the next day ("Today Only" my eye) on the same selection at a substantially lower price is frustrating, especially since it has happened several times recently. Charlie Brown and the football.
By buying the Sleigh Bundle again today I picked up 5 high priced bundles (ie 100-200 base price), for around 6-7 dollars each. I actually paid around 4 dollars for each, but that rises to 7 by adding about 3 to each price for the 15 dollar buy in price. Almost all of those bundles were included in the 10 dollar flash sale last week, so in fact I got them for cheaper than that. Also the deal lasted all day, rather than the few hours of the flash sale.
"60% OFF Interactive Licenses Save on Interactive Licenses for Featured Artist Catalog Items" All items have interactive liceses at full price, I tried adding a new release and still the same, full price.
Please can someone fix this?

I had something in my cart for $9.43, added tbe $10 coupon and now the total is 43 cents. It's not a lot but now I'd have to do PayPal for 43 cents. Why won't it take the full $10 off?

Was it 9.43 before or after adding to the cart? It has to be 9.43 before adding it.
The Punch discount is being removed from the coupon. Since it is removng only $9.00, I will hazard a guess that your Punch discount is 10%.
I just wish I could have gifted the extra Sleight Bundle to someone who won't get it.. you know spirit of Christmas and all...

So, it does look like the $10 is being taken and then your punch card percentage after that. If you're getting something different, you can post a cart and we'll try to take a look, but otherwise a ticket is needed.
Can you post which product it was, so we can test it?
Are you referring to the Buy the Sleigh Ride Bundle to get an EXTRA 85% OFF* up to 5 Daz Original Bundles? If so, I doubt it. The Crow 8.1 Mega Bundle has not been included either and hasn't been new for a few days.
