Still no promised shader set here
DAZ has to be one the most incompetent group I have ever seen. Absolutely horrendous how many times products are promised at a certain time...free or not...and they fail to follow through on their part of the deal by delivering on time.
Can't really say I'm surprised...just very disgusted

Forum image uploads seem to be broken again. It just says Uploading forever. This has gone on for at least an hour.
Edit: Hey, it just finished! I guess I just had to complain to make it work.

Well, at the rate it's going we'll have accumulated all 4 parts of the 2nd free egg & still be waiting for delivery of the 1st one.

I got a hold of someone from Daz tonight. He doesn't know the status but will make sure to check first thing in the morning. Apologies, all, that is all the news I have for you atm.
If you search your product library for "pbr metal grill" you should have the 4 eggs plus the shader file as per the screenshot below. If you don't then that isn't good.
I have no idea how they are adding these items since I don't know what kind of backend they are using for the store - I really don't think they have someone physically looking through the orders or customer accounts one by one and checking to see if that person has all four eggs and then if so adding the qualifying freebie. It would make no sense to run a promotion where they would have to do all that work so it has to be some kind of automation or database query/transaction and therefore it should apply to everyone or no-one at around the same time (or atleast within a short timeframe for a complicated query), then there may be a bit of further delay for any caching after that. For it to be hours or more apart and/or happening for some customers and not others seems a bit odd.
One thing to note is that there appears to be a typo in the first egg product - it's missing the "e" of Grille. Hence searching for just "pbr metal grill" to find them in the library. Not sure if that has played any part in why there has been a bit of confusion and/or delay with completing the series.
I'm not sure when it's morningtime in Daz-land but if there is no fix or update after they've been back in the office again for a few hours then I think you can't be blamed for raising a support ticket.

That's part of what is annoying...it has happened before...too many times. That doesn't make it acceptable...it just makes it incredibly aggravating & even more unacceptable.

Same - still just the 4 parts for the Pbr Metal Grill, no product. I'm guessing the same will happen with the Gn Lora Hair.
Not sure if it matters, but in my product library, part 4 is spelled "grill", parts 1-3 are spelled "grille". Perhaps this has something to do with them not allocating the product, because it's not seeing all 4 parts with the same spelling?
Same here - and no official word from Daz - I'll give it the end of the day (uk) and if they aren't in my DIM then, I'll nost likely send in a ticket to return everything I have purchased in the last 30 days. Sorry but Daz should not be allowed to get away with this sort of stuff - its not as if its the first time.
I would think it was doen on SKU, not name. In any event, we know that a few people have received the shader - it is apparently taking a long time to do all, or there may be a glitch which needs sorting.
If you are correct, that is quite bad. They should be using the product ID key in a database search, not the name. The key should be the main indexed column in the database. Unless they're using BASIC from the late 1970s, the database query should take seconds not minutes or hours. Unfortunately, I've seen this type of bad tech habit here before.

The really sad part is that if they don't show up by the end of today, then it's the weekend...and likely 2 more days wait to before anything happens
All 4 eggs but no shader. I'm not disappointed though. Disappointment requires a favourable expectation. I, however, fully expected a snafu. I'm an optimist, but I've been trained to expect issues from this store & forum. It's not even frustrating. I just smirk. Not with a bang, but a whimper.
I don't think it does since everyone has the same misspelling, myself included, and I did get the shaders. It's likely as Richard said, long time for the "manually added item" (which we've seen happen in the past—people were gradually getting the promised item), or a glitch that they're working to sort out.
So you are not only an optimist, but a realist as well. lol :)
Getting late and not looking like they are going to give us any additional offers or the free shader... Pulling the trigger on the cart and getting to bed
