E3D Aroon HD for Genesis 9

It says "Anatomical Elements MAT (Applies with Base)". Does it mean that the gen mats are using those of Default G9 male?

If so, MAJOR BUMMER. So far this is the first Emrys G9 character that I really like.

    Not sure what "Applies with base" refer to.

    It means the material preset is a hierarchical preset which applies both the character skin  and the anatomical elements skin for Aroon, rather than having separate material presets for anatomical elements.

    Il like the character Aroon. May be this is not the right place fot my question, but I would like to know which hair is applied to Aroon. I tried to find it out, but could not find it. Thanks for helping me out.

    Aroon kinda reminds me of the actor So Ji-sub, so I'm quite tempted to get him. Has anyone picked him up yet and done any renders?

    I don't know. Maybe QA asked the PA to add the separate preset during testing and they forgot to change the description accordingly?

    Then what does apply with base mean?

    "base" refers to the main material preset applying the character's skin, as opposed to material presets which apply options (eg skin with tatoo, face with or without painted eyebrows, makeup... depending on the character) : if you load the "base" material for that character it will also apply the gens materials.
