For the first easter egg, Daz still has almost 13 hours until the deadline they gave on the product pages of the easter eggs
And let's not forget that in the past, "will be added on [date]" usually meant 2-3 days later. ;) Personally, I'm just waiting patiently, and I'll only start to worry when "everyone" on the forums says they already got it, and it's not in my downloads/library yet. And even in this situation I'll likely give it an extra day. Until then, I'm assuming that we're all still waiting.
Is anyone else not getting the shaders even after filing a support ticket, or am I the only one who's unlucky?
Yes, I collected all four easter eggs. Yes, I let DAZ3D know the order numbers. Yes, they said it's fixed. No, it isn't in my Product Library or in DazCentral.
Not in my product library or DIM either.
I highly recommend you not do that. Historically DAZ has always repopulated all offerings at season end (on the last day or two of the season). For example Daz offers daily freebies that disappear the next day and people get upset bacause they missed one of them but at the end of December Daz bought them back (for a day or so) for those who missed them. Be patient and unless something has drastically changed in the marketing end of things, these eggs will show up as a second chance download for people like you who may have missed one. God knows I was in your boat in 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 but not in 2022. In 2022 I hosted the bloody thread about the Christmas freebie giveaway, because I was so horrible at downloading or renderinging the freebies (and because I loved the event). So hang in there. Just go online daily and at least cart and checkout the freebies and wait until the end onf the month. You will be pleasantly surprised. I griped and groaned about a ton of stuff when I first joined because it was well . . . confusing . . . and I felt ripped . . . My first ever post (a complaint) was referred to as a drop mike moment, and I had no clue as to why. lol. I am a very direct person aand typically say it unsugar-coated. Usually, in the end, not always, but most of the time, when it came to DAZ, I was wrong and misjudged the moment. Sit tight and delete nothing. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. It's not that we are stupid it's simply that DAZ has a playful side, and sometimes lacks in direct clear communication skills. Appreciating DAZ thought processing, took me years to embrace.
I'd assume even if Daz were to fail to add the free item automatically today (currently still 7 hours left I think), we all have a permanent order history in our accounts for those days showing what we collected. It would seem ironic if they missed a deadline that they set for a promotion that revolved around not missing daily deadlines yet should be ultimately harmless.
Nothing heer either - it seems too soon to open a ticket, save that unless most people seem to have received the product and you still haven't.
I have collected all 4 parts of the shaders, it's in my product library, no dim download, the manual download link fr the orders page leads to no download link. So no free shaders here yet. Following this thread to see if some explanation turns up. I will collect all Easter eggs of course, no doubt they will turn up at some point.

No. no product to download for the 4 Easter egg parts here either. Daz still has 3 hours to keep their promise, before we call foul. Their track record for on time delivery of things like this is poor, though. Remember the V9 preorder mess? We waited days to get the promised bonuses. Remember the Daz Horse 3 early release promise of access to additional content? We've been waiting months for that to appear. We can't even get an explanation of what "upgraded access" means. My ticket asking about that has gone unacknowledged (other than auto bot response).

Currently there should be just over two hours before this "1 of 4" vanishes and "2 of 4" appears. I know it was already mentioned this morning, but it occured to me that I initially thought the "5th days" would be intermissions, and there might be someone checking in here for the free item to drop who was about to miss the new series.
...I was away and busy all day Saturday when the first part was posted and got home after Daz "Zero Hour" (I'm one time zone behind Utah). I only have parts 2, 3, & 4 so not sure if I get anything.
Well... it's 30 minutes into the next Daz day. I've collected all 4 eggs from the first series and already got the second egg for the second series. I'm not seeing the shader pack in DIM, DC, or my product library on here. I'll be patient. I'm just updating to crossreference with anyone else.

I don't know if it means anything, but when looking through my account product library the "4 of 4" item has a full product image, no egg graphic like 1-3... however there is no product page. So, I doubt it means anything important...
Free items will be automatically added to your account the day after each Easter Egg series ends.
I didn't receive anything - after 3 (?) days. Is there any statement from Daz as to why it is taking so long?
Unless I am mistaken, yesterday (in Daz time) was the day after egg series 1 ended and when the free item should have appeared in the accounts of everyone who collected all four. Currently its early morning on the second day after. One of the mods mentioned on another thread that it was being looked into...

The promissed deadline for the first series was four hours ago.
As the shader didn't appear, I don't think they are going to drag anyone out of bed to fix it at 4AM.
At what time do they normally start working at DazLand?
I think it may be something physically added by Daz so would happen when they are in the office in a few hours
The shaders appeared for me in Daz Central yesterday. In the library, it's a separate product, so you have to have 4 pieces collected and the 5th is the full product ("4 out of 4" has the same promo image as the final product which might be misleading). There's also a product page that says "install manager ready" and "manually added" beside the Order. If it's literally manual, then it might take time for it to be added to all accounts? Screenshots for reference.
Hmmm... That is interesting. If it is manually being verified and added to accounts, it could take a while if a bunch of people qualified and way longer if they have to sift through everyone who made purchases those days.
I remember a mystery livestream that resulted in the reveal of G9 had a "watch to get a free item" promo to attract interest. I cannot remember if it was hundreds or thousands of people who tuned in though.
That was different as the free item was not added to ones product library, but the (non-Daz) download link was shown in the chat messages.
You are correct. That is an important distinction.
edit: Ahh, I just remembered that my intended point was to very broadly (perhaps uselessly) compare the number of potential accounts to sift through, given the number of viewers that livestream had... You're point is still fair... I failed to fully explain the connection I was pondering in my original comment.
But then, back in autumn, there was some greek mythology promo that if you bought themed products for a week, you'd get a free exclusive figure, and back then I wasn't participating, but I clearly remember delays in adding that free product and complaints, but in the end, I think, everyone got their product added.
As much as I agree that it doesn't look great on Daz to not keep their announced deadlines, at the same time I'm understanding that they're a small team, and it might take time, especially if there are glitches. I shared my screenshots to show that some progress is being made and how it should look like once the product is there.
By the way, I just checked, and it doesn't seem to show in my DIM (or I'm not looking properly—I haven't used it at all so far), so check your product library too. If it's there, it'll likely show up in DIM eventually (I remember instances where Daz+ freebie wouldn't show up in Daz Central for half a week while it was already in DIM, so I'm guessing the opposite is possible).
