What's your ticket number? Considering it's the weekend, escalating may do nothing before Monday.
Though we act as their agents to convey messages from Daz at times. By doing so, we let Daz continue to work on the issues we report.
I'm in the same boat as others. Still hasn't shown up. But I will wait a bit to see if it sorts out before I put in a ticket.
Just for the info - my shader set hasn't shown up either (no ticket submitted yet). I can hang on for it though.
yesterday there wasn't a 3/4 in store for the hair and today it's 4/4 ?
So just to be sure since the names look so similar, the free product says DD PBR Metal Grille Shaders for Iray Vol 1 in your product library.
Thanks DAZ!! I just had the shaders show up in my account for download and I missed the first Easter Egg, only got 3, as well when I "purchased" the last egg for the G9 Hair it is showing in my product library but there is no download for it yet in DIM but I just grabbed the last egg for it now so will probably be there for download by morning. OOps, probably not till Sunday as its available the day after the last egg.

It was there, I bought it. Disappears after you buy. Did you check to see if maybe it's in your orders or product library?
I actually never thought to look anywhere else but the MM sales page.
I didn't see one in the store front either. Someone pointed out that it was in the MM ad and that was the only place I could see it.
You only collected 3 of the 4 eggs for the shaders and got it? I only collected the last 3 of the shaders as well so does this mean that everyone that was only able to collect 3 of the 4 eggs will get it too?

If something is not listed on the https://www.daz3d.com/shop/ ; why would it exist/be available? Anything not listed there is either pull out of the shop or still not in the shop. On the page https://www.daz3d.com/shop/ you have the option to "Sort by" so even without checking sales you could see what's free, etc...

I don't see the 3rd part of the hair on the https://www.daz3d.com/shop/ page just on the https://www.daz3d.com/2023-march-madness page.

I should have made a screenshot I looked twice yesterday and it's not in my library either. Ah well.
You may have hit the nail on the head with this, Daz would be using a robot to check if people have all items. It would be looking for Grille not Grill. The proof will be if the hair lands in our downloads the day after the series finishes
On https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/628386/so-easter-eggs/p5 ; there is my post about this problem, screenshot it and try to use that in your ticket. It might help, but who knows?
How are we supposed to notice that, unless everybody who has got the Eggs starts proclaiming it in the forum?
especially considering how we are regularly told that the forums are only a small fraction of the customer base.
Well I got 1, 2 and 4 of 4 for the recent hair one. Logged in yesterday and there was no 3 of 4.
Some people had received the shaders and had posted in this thread, so it was clear from the local context that the sahders had been issued (and that the spelling error was not the problem).
That said, there was a glitch which prevented some people (including me, which made it easy to give chapter and verse) and which is meant to be fixed. If anyone still lacks the shader If this link https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_86269 is not opening the product page in your library then please PM me with the order numbers used to buy the four parts and when i have a little list I will let Daz have it.
It was there, but initially only on the March Madness page - that was fixed, but later in the day UK/Europe time (and probably in the night Australia/New Zealand time) - if you missed the chance to buy 3 because of that I would suggest opening a support ticket.
what i find interesting, i rarely look at the store front and always look at the offer of the day. That is where you see all the discounting and mind games. Plus the special things like collecting eggs, etc
I still have not received the Shaders either. I submitted a ticket with an image of the four parts in my product page and the 4 order numbers.
