Some discount prices not showing

I was taking a look at the store after a few months away and I noticed that many of the discount prices are not showing. For example, there is a 60% flash sale going on now. If I click the banner and go to the sale page then all of the items show up as regular price. If I add one of the items to my cart then the sale price will display. New items with the 30% discount seem to display as normal. Was this change on purpose or is something going on?

    I don't know. The promotional email for Daz+ today says: "Buy both Daz+ New Releases to get an EXTRA 30% OFF* them." But when I put both items in my cart, nothing happens. The price remains the same. The offer doesn't appear in the Daz shop either.

    Reporting this.

    In gernal there are two sets of discounts, store discounts (which appear on the store page) and cart discounts (which appear only in cart). The latter are usually conditional offers, like the extra 30% for adding both Daz+ new releases here, but sometimes that is used for regular discounts.
