Trying to find Cape Code style buildings

Hello,
I'm trying to kitbash a downtown commercial area for a Cape Cod type setting. Like you would see in Martha's Vineyard, Chatham, Provincetown, etc.'s downtown areas. Not having much luck on Daz or Renderosity, but am probably missing things when searching. Any recommendations?
I'm store agnostic and willing to kitbash or convert old props and sets over.
Thank you in advance!

Colletive3D is your best bet,

Thanks, First Bastion. I already own his home. What I'm looking for are stores. They have some of the characteristics, but have the store front with display windows and usually a balcony if two stories.
Photo linked to here is a good example: https://www.flickr.com/photos/travelationship/15395824196/
Looking at the photo you gave as a reference, you might be able to use the buildings from the French Quarter series (there's three more options if you search New Orleans in the store or click on the seller in the link I have here). You'd have to retexture the buildings themselves probably to have that siding type feel, but that's not too difficult, but the buildings should have the railings you're looking for and work as a base to personalize from there.

Thanks. Ironically enough it looks like I bought this already :X
It's definitely closer, and could be a good base to start kitbashing with if no one else has something closer.
https://www.daz3d.com/salem-main-street looks a bit like that style
Does that one (in the image) come with the red room with the evil pig monster, behind the basement stairs?... my friend lives in Amityville, not far from the real house... it's actually not that horrific... But that does capture the look real well.
So I went for broke and just started at page 1 of the architeture category and just went through it.
Best I can find so far is this https://www.daz3d.com/m3d-western-general-store-building-and-outside
It has the right store quality for the bottom level and wood board exterior, just need to "de-Western" it.
Have to admit that I'm shocked that one doesn't seem to exist so far. You'd at least there was Martha's Vineyard set with all the rich people sets there are. Or if nothing else, a Murder She Wrote fan among the vendors
If somebody wants to make a New England town, I will totally buy it.
You might find something you can modify in these stores:
https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/vendors/3dCritter
https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/vendors/Meshbox
https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/vendors/London224
https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/vendors/DreamlandModels
This set has a similar shape home if viewed from the side, but you'd have to do some geometry editing to replace a window with a door.

If all else fails, perhaps you can cobble something together with these:

There really isn't any decen US small town environment anywhere, Cape Cod or not. I kvetched about this before.
Your best bet is to retexture some wild west buildings.
Are you looking for modern structures like you'd see there today (old, built in the 1700s or 1800s, but renovated or at least partially modernized... you know... that quaint New England coastal vibe)... I live in eastern Long Island and many of the towns, especially around the Hamptons and the South Fork basically have that same look... I was actually just in Southold this evening and was looking at a strip quaint old shops similar to what you might be looking for... you are definitely on to something with the western style structures, but with many of these kind of buildings, they tend to be not as tall as the western style buildings are... also lots of these buildings tend to be painted white with black shutters or accents... no raw wood, unless it's dark, weathered cedar shingles... striped canvas awnings (30s style roll up) are popular too... one other thing that nails the look is multi-paned shop windows... it's like prerequisite for antique shops, jewelry stores and hoity-toity real estate brokers... if you can find a bay window for kitbashing, that would make a good shop window too... especially if it's got multiple glass panes... you do a natural wood storefront here or there, but then you have to have white windows moldings and accents... dark green or burgundy accents are popular too, especially doors... some places do the brick sidewalk thing, but most will have concrete in the main area closest to the storefronts and brick closer to the curb... don't forget to line the streets with trees.
I'd offer to take pictures of some of the stores for reference, if I go to Southhampton tomorrow, but I haven't been able to upload an image to the forums in weeks.
My memories of that region go back to the early 70s, so I used he Google machine to look up images of Martha Vineyard's downtown.
I agree that if a PA wanted to do a series focused on that NE coastal look, I would be in for the long haul. That area, along with Seattle and San Francisco are some of my favorites in the U.S.
looks like a nightmare for wheelchair users
Thanks, but I'm from New England. I would say that's actually the problem here as it's more like "I know what it should look like, so I probably sound ultra-picky." Suffolk county has a lot of the same similar architecture (probably doesn't hurt that CT is right across the sound).
Great minds think a like. Most of those Rendo stores are the ones I started with. Though the New Orleans Garden District house could work as a good background piece. Thanks
Fair warning for those looking to do what I'm doing.
https://www.daz3d.com/m3d-western-general-store-building-and-outside is a hot mess of a prop. All one piece and loads with dozens bits and pieces (including emissive lamps) you're goingto have to use geometry editor in order to get rid of.
I could work around that, but apparently the walls on the side do not actually have properly made textures for the windows, so the walls on the side actually have an opacity map to "make windows" for the sides
Will futz around with it a bit more, but will more than likely end up returning it.
maybe grab this instead https://www.daz3d.com/the-streets-of-the-wild-west
Stonemason's sets are easy to rextexture too as use full UV squares so https://polyhaven.com/a/brown_planks_05 should work well
good thread
If somone made someting like that I'd be all over it like a squirrel on a bird feeder.
I'd use DD PBR Painted Wood Shaders.

There's also this Western set, and it also comes in subsets if you don't want to purchase the whole thing. But again, you'll have to do some playing around.

There's also this western town that has proper windows but seems to be lacking balconies.

Looks to be the same item at a different store with a substantial price difference:
https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/157938/wild-west-main-street?AID=4987
I totally get the "I know what it should look like, so I probably sound ultra-picky" thing. I think I frequently sound like that when I'm looking for things
This type of architecture is something there is definitely a need for. I'm in the prairies, where we have harsh and long winters, so we "summer" hard. A lot of summer holiday towns were built close to the lakes here (some of them specifically as resort towns for the railway workers), and many of the shopping streets (usually only a couple of streets in the oldest part of town) have similar architecture.
After a little (like one bit) history search, I worked on the theory that many colonial buildings might have been destroyed by the British during the Revolution or the War of 1812 along the Eastern Seaboard (although they did survive in Newport RI), I tried to keep to Victorian style buidlings.
There was a bundle a while back where they broke out the parts in separate pieces for sale:

https://www.daz3d.com/wild-west-town-hotels
https://www.daz3d.com/wild-west-town-drinking-establishments
https://www.daz3d.com/wild-west-town-center
And don't forget the Old West series from DAZ+ of which https://www.daz3d.com/old-west-mercantile is one sample.
Then, if you have somewhat newer late Victorian shops: https://www.daz3d.com/sweet-street and https://www.daz3d.com/victorian-street-front
And this may seem crazy, but the NE was a great place for pirates, sooo... https://www.daz3d.com/pirate-shipping-village--dock-houses maybe something from this set or others like it?
And to dress up the outsides of the buildings:

https://www.daz3d.com/bandstand and https://www.daz3d.com/exemplar-for-the-bandstand and https://www.daz3d.com/bandstand--exemplar-iray-addon
And since many have beach features:
https://www.daz3d.com/seaside-walkway-vignette
https://www.daz3d.com/beach-cafe-construction-kit and https://www.daz3d.com/beach-cafe-promenade there is a series of DAZ+ add-ons.
https://www.daz3d.com/pier-view
https://www.daz3d.com/along-the-prom (Maybe substitute other trees for the palms)
https://www.daz3d.com/1stb-inland-marina (Coastal towns have marinas, and many fish markets and places to pick up food to go, or to eat.)
And some buildings in the distance?

https://www.daz3d.com/cabin-in-the-snow
I would also look at the Collective3D store. Keep in mind, some people turn old homes into stores or offices too.
These were off-the-cuff ideas I had from my visits to Newport RI for Christmas 1970 and summer 1971. (I highly recommend not being trapped on the New Jersey Turnpike in a VW Beetle for 4 hours with 'Yellow Submarine' playing on heavy rotation. I still can't stand the Beetles after that.)
I found this older one as well

However, it's exterior only, and to my knowledge a static prop, so you'd have to rig doors if you needed to open them. The windows are odd as well and to me, it looks as if the panes are textures, not modeled. According to the readme, windows and doors seem to have their own textures.
