Circle by character's feet

I purchased some new items and I noticed that whenever I load a new character, there is a circle at the base of his feet. Did I accidentally turn on some option? And how do I shut this feature off?

I get a disc (black edge / white center) whenever I accidentally click the aniMate2 tool on the top toolbar. Not sure what that tool even does or if you mean something completely different though.

Yeah, that thing? How do I get rid of it? I can move ot around but there does not appear to be  a way to delete it

The attach file feature seems to be broken again

If you're only trying to turn off the disc, I merely click any other tool icon to switch off of the aniMate2 tool. Scene Navigator, Node Selection, Universal tool, whatever I'd rather have turned on. It's always been a miss-click or accidental hot-key for me.

If you're trying to use the aniMate2 tool, I have no idea. It seems like a GUI element of the tool, though.
