Looking for a 'Pan-ish' (from Pan's Labyrinth) skin

I'm curious if anyone knows a character with a skin like Pan's from Pan's Labyrinth. For reference;

So, with that, I mean with thee whorls and all. I'm making a Faun/Satyr as a tribute to the fella and the shape is rather achievable, but I'm drawing a blank on his skin. Ideally it'd be for G8, but I'm up for converting :)
