I can't change the Materials by [Rina Wedge High Heel Shoes] the Props!

That means that you have selected the wrong object for applying the material.

Try to select the character and apply it again.

If you have fitted or parented the shoes to another figure either parentthem to genesis 9 or load a second version of the shoes, fitted and parented to Genesis 9, apply the materials, then save out regular materials preset.

you guys missunderstood bombenleger I guess.

He is totaly right. I saved all materials hierarchical so they don't work with the prop shoe, I didn't think about it and the DAZ tester neither. so the only options are, no hierarchical materials or an extra folder for the prop materials.

you can load the normal shoe, apply the material you want and copy it over to the prop
