It would make sense if it was something like that considering some of her other works are also perfect for my purpose -

Basically I have recently been watching action/martial arts/magic series such as "Soul land", "Battle through the heavens" and others, and would like to create some scenes in their style, and this girl fits in that genre

For those that dont know this genre of entertainment, they are like anime stories but use high quality 3d computer models (similar to, or perhaps actually daz models) rather than trying to go for a hand drawn look.

They usually involve a teen or young man who learns cultivation (magic martial arts), does lots of missions, saves people, falls in love with one girl and they remain true to each other throughout the long series. Very classic storytelling that seems to have died out in much of other modern entertainment.

I'm glad that Chinese donghua is making its mark in the West. It helps round out the prevailing view that gives Japanese manga and anime a huge representation. Coupled with an interest in Korean realism, we're treated with a rich set of viewing options for Asian storytelling.

Sue Yee's Xiao Meng and Shiina also come to mind when I look at the image but they don't have the freckles across the nose. Possibly a different skin over a character morph?

Yes I really like the stories told in Chinese donghua, and the amount of work they must have put into some of those series is incredible. Also many of the visuals in some of the scenes of soul land and other series are very artistic and beautiful.

Of course Japanese anime has been good for years. I dont think I have seen Korean series yet, but I have heard they are good.

Sue Yee's Xiao Meng and Shiina models definetly fit the genre, so they are going in my wishlist.
