I am having issues getting Fisio Physics Simulator to work, below are all the symtoms I get, Does anyone  know what could be causing this. Thank you!

After clicking Run simulation
2 dialogue box's appear that state

1st box:

DS DAZ Studio
Simulation Running
[progress bar that shows the percentage complete]
: however percentage never advances past 1%

2nd box:
DS Error
The specified module could not be found
                      [ok]

After clicking ok on second box, another dialogue box appears stating

DS Error
Can't load FisioEngine.dll at E:My DAZ 3D Library/Applications/64-bit/DAZ
3D/DAZStudio4/libs/Fisio/FisioEngine.dll
                                 [ok]

After clicking ok on this box, I get a final dialogue box stating

DS Error
   Can't load Fisio engine
            [ok]

I do have a Fisio Pane that shows up in DS and I made sure that Serial number entered in

Why did you move this to the Commons? It belongs in the Commercial thread, where the developer can see it and possibly respond.

Hoping for feedback from someone else that might have had same issue recently or in the past, It has been my experience that after the product has been rolled out for a while there is not alot of traffic in the Commercial thread for that product. I think in general it is frowned on in the same post exists in both threads so I was opting for a bit higher traffic....hopefully.

You do realize, that some don't even care for the "different" forums, but look at "Recent Discussions" instead. That one shows all the discussions.

Nope did not realize that. Thanks for the info.

From the error message, it looks like the plugin isn't installed at the location. Have you checked the path where it's looking, if the file for the plugin is there?

Well, this is getting confusing. Yes I opened file explorer to verify the FisioEngine.dll was indeed located where the dialogue box referenced and I used the show installed files in DIM. all the files are where it should be looking for them. I do have a pane in DS for Fisio Physics and It also showed up in installed Plugins where I did in fact enter a SN.

When that happens, one obvious question comes to mind... Do you log into DS and have you installed the plugin the second time within DS?
