Chonk - missing thumbnail in Smart Content

I have tried everything to get Chonk the Skeleton to show a thumbnail. All the files are in the directory, just like the other two products. 

These are 3rd party products, and I installed them by copying the zip file to the Package Archive directory. All three products work fine, I just can't get the thumbnail to show up for Smart Content.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    Is that the Product View? If so, do you have a thumbnail file in the Runtime/Support folder? If you installed with DIM, there will be a generated metadata file (I doubt the 3rd party products have any of their own). The thumbnail file must have the same filename as that metadata file.

    Thank you. I double checked the installations and all the files are there with the correct names.

    I installed it using Content Wizard and the thumbnail is there. https://www.daz3d.com/content-wizard

    Thanks, I will check out that product.

    I sometimes find products in smart content that are missing all previews and show that explaimation marks icon on every item inside. Reinstalling them via DIM usualy fixes it.

    The creator was not able to come in but has been made aware of the problem and is currently being fixed or had been fixed. They suggest contacting them on their sites forum if you need to speak to them.
