Characters suddenly purple and now glowing white

Hi,

I spent the day rendering. All was good and then I went to make a new character and when it loaded I got an error and my character turned out purple. I tested some other characters and the same thing. So uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of the characters and now they are glowing white. I uninstalled and reinstalled them again but I'm still getting the glowing white. It is very frustrating. I'd rather not have to reinstall my library again for the umpteenth time. Its getting pretty old. Any idea how to fix this issue?

What was the error? Have you tried reinstalling the Default Resources product? Have you checked the log (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File)?
