Optitex cloth plug-in - Cloth passing through the floor?

Hey there guys,
has any of you experienced the issue with optitex plug-in where the cloth still penetrates the object it is supposed to collide with?
Basically, this robe penetrates the ground (and not just a little poke-through, but it acts as if it wasn't even there) even though I specified that besides the figure, the garment should also collide with the ground prop in the plug-in window.

Is it possible that the ground object needs a lot more resolution/polygons for the cloth to detect?
that could be it!
I must try to have it collide with a much more high res plane.
Will post an update about the results : )
Sometimes too many; create a normal plane, nothing extra polygon-wise and that usually works.
It's as they've said, this happens to me all the time. The ground is too low poly for it to interface with it well. I just add a cube and position it where I want the cloth to rest and make it invisible.
has happened to me even with a genesis figure!!
