Missing Filters

Just installed general release 4.9.1.30.  On the Smart Content tab, there are no filters such as "Accessories" "Hair" "People" etc (see red area).  How do I make them appear?  Smart Content is not useful without them.

i believe you do a backup save of your "USER DATA"
use the RE IMPORT METADATA

Why in the world would that action affect the headings of filters, especially since many products are there?  It is acting like a programming bug if you ask me.  Besides, I already did re-import of metadata.
