Quick CMS question

Hey all. A quick question for you.

I haven't used Daz for a while, since before the whole Connect drama, but I've just installed 4.9 for the first time and something has immediately started to annoy me.

Call me weird or whatever but I only like using the content library. I've never used metadata/smart content, and will never use connect or anything like it.

In the past, I'm pretty sure I always just uninstalled CMS and Daz Studio just carried on regardless. So this time I did no different, but now every time I load it I get the following error message.

Resource Error
A valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established. etc... etc...

Is there any way I can dismiss this message for good? Or is it now a thing (I assume because of Connect) that Daz Studio needs CMS running all the time? Seems a bit silly when there's literally no reason for me to have it.
