Anilip 2 says unsupported figure on every character i select

Anilip 2 says <unsupported figure> in the Figure Name slot and nothing else is lit for me to press on. It works fine on my lap top. But on my desk top it keeps saying unsupported figure. If any one has any suggestions how to get around this please let me know.

I had the same problem. Uninstall it using the Daz install manager and then reinstall it with the daz install manager. Make sure when it is installed that you click on the arrow to see if the installed files (the dll files) were actually installed. click on it to see it if it leads you to the folder it was installed in.
