Tentacle posing

I was wondering if anyone had any tutorial links or easy ways that make posing tentacles easier without using the given morphs or bending the bone links one by one.

For instance if I wanted to wrap a tentacle around a pole, what would be the best way to do that?

    1) To select the entire tentacle, right click on he first link of your tentacle. Select -> Select Children

    2) Go to the Parameters tab. Make sure All is selected. Use Bend/Twist/Side-Side to change all links at once.

    3) Alternatively, use shift to only select some links of your tentacle.

    4) Same story: Go to the Parameters tab. Make sure All is selected. Use Bend/Twist/Side-Side to change all selected links at once.

You can also select the bones you want to move and use the center sphere in the Left upper corner of your viewport to bend and twist. So:

    1. Select the bones
    2. Click on the sphere and drag your mouse

Alternatively, you can use the three circles (red, green blue) to also bend, twist and rotate.
