    Yes there is one on sharecg, which is very crappy and there's this https://guhzcoituz.deviantart.com/art/Chun-li-Dress-for-Genesis-2-Female-607173445.

    The latest is ok, but it still looks too plain and not up to date anymore. It also has no morphs for the skirt which is a problem. The skirt sticks onto the legs so when chun li is kicking it looks very weird.

    I've not picked up either set as I stay away from Fan-art models but if the front and back flaps of the dress doesn't have it's own bones, then that can be fixed easily by finding a dress that also has front and back flaps that does have seperate bones for them and do a rigging transfer to the chun-li outfit
