Recent iRay Rendering issues in Viewport

This has been a problem since I updated with 4.10. The renders in the Viewport are failing quite often with the following error. I can push the Render button and the Render works fine in the window that pops up. However, I have to quit Daz and restart in order for the Viewport to work again. It was working fine until the past few days.

I also have an occasional hiccup that happens where the Figures arms will jump out of position and end up through their body. This is without doing anything. I'll just be looking at the screen and poof, there the arms go. I can't Undo this. I have to reload the Scene (or re-position):
