Flaming hair?

I got kinda inspired by promoshots from Darksiders 3 where the main characters hair is different coloured flames, anyone know of a product that looks similar or shaders/methods that can be used to make something like this?

I haven't seen anything on Daz's marketplace, but I do recall seeing something like example 1 over at Renderosity:

I haven't purchased anything from there, but its suppose to be another popular site individuals purchase 3d content from. You also might have to inquire in their forums regarding how to install products from there. Be sure to back up anything you purchase and download from there before installing it, because I don't know if they use a system like what Daz uses in regards to keeping track of what all you buy and if it can be re-downloaded multiple times by the same user.
