Easy Categorizer

I'm wanting to start my own categorized listing for my library.  Unfortunately, I am finding using the Daz interface of locating the product and categorizing it manually a bit slow/cumbersome (and VERY monotonous). 

Is there any third party tools that allow the categorizing be done via spreadsheet or something like that (even notepad)?  Or is there a way to export/import my library (maybe as a CSV or JSON file) that will allow me to create a quick application that adds categories?

I'm thinking anything has to be faster than the way I am doing it.
